Purchasing my very first Stila Convertible Colour compact in 2015 (after seeing it in action in this Lisa Eldridge video) completely transformed the way I approached makeup.
Cream products tick every box if you’re into fresh-faced, easy or effortless beauty. They look natural, fresh and youthful on the skin, they’re easy to blend quickly with fingertips or a brush, and they leave you with a healthy, hydrated glow.
Creamy multitaskers take all of those characteristics and make your routine even easier. The simplicity of swiping the same product onto your cheeks, lips and even eyes creates a quick, cohesive wash of colour.
The category of cream blush quickly became an obsession for me, and I’ve unashamedly taken it upon myself to try any formula that crossed my path in the past few years as a beauty creator. Dewy, matte or satin? Sticks, pots or liquids? I’ll take the lot!
